Therefore, in winter, the electronic watch can only be worn on the wrist, relying on the constant temperature of the human body to keep its normal timing. In addition, high and low temperature will cause the battery to leak and corrode the movement. The battery of the electronic watch is generally available for more than one year, but the lighting consumes a lot of power, and the power consumed for one second is equivalent to more than one hour of timekeeping. When the battery is almost finished, the light will become dim, or the digital display will become dark or even disappear when it is turned on. When replacing the battery, if you do not know the technology, you should send the repair store installation. Moreover, the battery specification is not standardized, and there are a lot of various brands of batteries, which cannot be adopted at will.

The electronic watch should pay attention to: press the button not too hard to avoid failure; the LCD board needs to be replaced by a new one after five to seven years of use; the battery should be taken out in time to avoid corrosion of the movement by flowing liquid. If you find that the light does not light up, the button does not work, or the timing suddenly has a large error, you should repair it in time, probably because the component soldering point is not in good contact or is off. Electronic watches, especially digital electronic watches, generally have poor waterproof performance. Although some of them have the word "waterproof" printed on the manual or the back cover, you should avoid contact with water as much as possible. The structure of an electronic watch is different from that of a mechanical watch, and it is all electronic circuits and electronic components, so if water enters it, it will be "disastrous" and the whole watch will be scrapped. Especially the LCD board and the integrated line are not only afraid of water, but also will malfunction after a long time if they are exposed to moisture. Therefore, it is better to take off the watch when washing face or laundry. When it rains, prevent the rain from splashing on it. If you find that the electronic watch is in the water, or there is water gas inside the watch mask, you should immediately send it to the watch repair store for water removal and moisture treatment.
